Robert W. Williams, III, has devoted his life to serving communities deeply affected by HIV. Through education, outreach, and advocacy, he has become a trusted voice in expanding awareness, connection and access to care across the Bay Area.

Robert is a recipient of the 2026 Chancellor Award for Public Service.
