Rich Hewton has been a lifelong martial artist. He started his journey in Taekwondo, but he really found his calling in the Chinese martial arts. Rich trained Tien Shan Pai Kungfu for many years and is even a certified instructor. We'll talk about Rich's time studying TSP and even separate some truth and fiction. Rich has also trained Wushu and Shaolin Kungfu, so we will talk about that too.
