After the disappointing lack of flight of the original (youtu.be/exOg3r7RjWw) I made some modifications based on viewer's feedback, This is the result!

0:21 β Main issue: not enough power due to fan placement; fan is now repositioned on top for better airflow.
0:44 β Fuselage was flexing; reinforced with a wooden dowel.
1:00 β Moved servos back, replaced flexible rods with standard control rods.
1:20 β Replaced 1500mAh battery with 1300mAh to shift center of gravity rearward.
1:51 β Stabilization system test (Byme DB gyro): pitch and yaw controls verified.
2:06 β Field prep and preview of design changes before launch.
3:19 β Post-launch: plane intact after initial flight attempt.
3:49 β Telemetry update and near-miss with a bush.
4:18 β Still struggles to climb; pilot loses orientation and panics.
4:33 β Plane lands right-side up but hits isolated stony bank in open field.
5:01 β Post-flight reflections: all parts are accounted for, unsure about future flightsβbut it was fun!
