In this A level Biology video, we look at the chi-squared test. First we look at why the observed phenotype ratio produced by a genetic cross can be different from the ratio expected. We then look at how to determine the significance of the difference by using the chi-squared test. We explore the idea of a null hypothesis and how to interpret a table of chi-squared values.
