Let's talk about some life lessons for happiness. Now that I'm 32, I can say for sure that my 20s are behind me. If I could go back and give some advice to my younger self, I would have a lot to share. Because my 20s were so transformational in so many ways, and I learned so many valuable lessons for how to be happy, motivation and inspiration for the future, how to be more resilient, and how to focus on what matters. So I sat down and started writing a letter to my 20 year old self.
