Smarter Every Day recently tweeted about looking for a display that someone in a different part of the country could update while he was live streaming, I felt like this was the perfect project for me so I decided to build it!
This was actually a pretty simple project that costs about $60 to make, and is actually a lot of fun! You could reduce the price by $20 if you only use one panel

Two Minute Tidbits are roughly two minute long videos that try show you something interesting about working with Arduino.
In this video I’m going to show you the Portable version of the Arduino IDE and explain why it’s actually really useful, I even exclusively use the portable version where I can. It is really useful if you have library conflicts between different sketches
You basically just download a zipped version of the IDE and create a portable folder, but what I think is more interesting is why you might want to use it.
