While backstage one night during her recent stint singing backup on tour with Solange, Montreal's A K U A was approached by a palm reader who predicted that she was destined for the spotlight. Despite our crew's lack of psychic abilities, we could tell this was in store for her as she performed the previously unreleased "All Of Lust" at her friend Theo's adorable apartment in the city's trendy Mile End neighborhood. We fell in love with the twinkling, thumping synth-pop gem while a twirling disco ball bounced a thousand flecks of morning sunlight around the room.
