Above ground in the cathedral at Lund in Sweden is the coffin of a bishop called Peder Winstrup, who died three hundred and fifty years ago. Inside the coffin his body was found to be well-preserved, having been naturally mummified. In this video I explore with you something of his life, the evidence the body provides of Winstrup's health, I hypothesise why his remains are so well preserved, and reveal to you a mysterious secret hidden within his coffin.
