Byron Bay's Hidden Secretes. In it's early days Byron Bay (east coast of Australia), a popular global tourist resort town, was nothing like you see it today. It was the site of one of the world's biggest sand mining operations for Zircon and rutile (aka Titanium). As a consequence of the mining, it left behind something many people, if they know, are afraid of.
