I was having trouble getting this achievement, because getting past the "Tampering with Electronics" fine was so vague. So I decided to make a how to tutorial video one I actually figured it out, hope it helps! The achievement reads: "Make it through Dead Bird Studio without being seen at all!" but you also have to make sure you don't get any other fines (At least, I THINK so, that's how I got it anyways)
