Ever since he was a young boy living in India, Jay Patel enjoyed the process of fixing things. So, when it came time to choose a college, he knew a hands-on approach was the route for him. Today he’s pursuing his dream at Penn College where he’s majoring in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
