Hey friends! This video is very scary for me to post so please be kind! Having chronic vertigo is very difficult for me. It takes away so much of my time and makes it hard to live my life to the fullest, but I try! This is just a glimpse of what it's like on an ok vertigo day. I would rate this day a 5 as far as vertigo goes. Today I'm at about a 7, so I'm lying in bed as I post this. If you go though anything like this, you're not alone. Keep fighting for those good days! I believe in you and know that you'll have better days soon 🥰
