A winters walk up to Walla Crag, on a glorious sunny day, putting the Fitville Lightweight Hiking Boots through a rugged test. I park at Ashness Bridge National Trust car park, just outside Keswick and give a detailed, easy route up to the summit of Walla Crag, which (imo) is one of the safest and easiest Wainwrights to climb, perfect for the beginner hiker. At the summit, I remember a dear friend and I also give out a channel shoutout to a new and very good YouTube channel. A day of magnificent views and deep emotion!
