In this video I will take you through the setup I use for my PCVR gaming. It will work with most wireless VR headsets and will solve all the typical issues of disconnections and lag / jitter!

I use this setup to play some of the most advanced PCVR games wirelessly whilst recording! I could not play VR without the setup, its a real game changer. Please see the below links for the equipment I use, you don't have to use the exact same but ensure your router is a Wi-Fi 6 router and is dedicated only to your VR headset!
