If you're having troubles completing these quests, here's a solution you can recreate to knock out all four quests in just one clear :) Let me know if this strategy is possible with 4* versions. None of the Askr trip need their prf weapon. I have a feeling Anna might need defense and Alfonse, attack but you can get those seals from the initiate quests.
