- ADSing now grants 30% more accuracy

- M93R from 34 damage per shot to 43
- Skorpion damage from 23 to 24, ammo from 15/3 to 20/3
- R700 damage from 90 to 140
- CK Swat damage from 130 to 90 in TDM
