Dr. Claw sends Talon to Tokyo to steal the Size Modification Ray, so he can create giant henchmen…and enlarge allergens so Claw’s allergies never bother him again. Talon easily breaks into the Tokyo lab and steals the Ray, but MADcat tags along and attacks Talon, causing the Ray to misfire. It hits MADcat, turning her into a giant MADzilla! The Gadget gang arrive to stop Talon, but the destroyed lab and MADzilla rampaging through the streets make it clear that they’re too late. Gadget chases after MADzilla, believing she’s an unfortunate kitten who’s swollen and sneezing due to her allergies. Penny is determined not to let her own cat allergies hold her back. She runs into Talon, who’s also in pursuit of MADzilla and the Size Modification Ray caught on her collar. Talon mocks Penny for sneezing, but Penny has the last laugh when she beats Talon to MADzilla by grossing him out with her snotty nose. Gadget, meanwhile, decides MADzilla needs help getting rid of fleas. Instead, his Rocket-Skates activate, launching him at Penny and Talon who’ve made their way to MADzilla’s collar. He triggers the Size Modification Ray, shrinking MADcat down to normal size and saving the day!
