Before you tell me this didn't work, it only works on the 1999 version. It doesn't exist on the 1995 version.
So here's a glitch where when you park by the other side of the docks the first time and click on the land next to Putt-Putt (You can't go to another screen, or it won't work). When he starts talking, if you skip it the raft disappears and you have no way to get it back. You can't have already closed the drawbridge at this point, so you're stuck unless you exit the game.
