Carrie Siahpush, executive director of Portland’s PHAME Academy, gives KBOO a tour of their new campus and introduces some of their proudly neurodivergent students. PHAME is a nonprofit organization that provides arts education and performing opportunities to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
