If you can get past the fact that Valentine's Day is just another expression of our pretty problematic consumerist culture, it's kind of nice to have a day that's dedicated to celebrating love! Grist's resident relationship counselor sat down with three well-meaning lovebirds who just want to up their game this year -- sustainability game, that is.
