We’re still gonna have mostly clear skies over the next couple of hours into the overnight hours, but it is definitely a hot day today once again with temperatures reaching in towards the mid and upper 90s. Out on the radar it’s been a nice. Rain wise, but there are some showers and thunderstorms around the region and heat alerts back towards the west and our Mississippi counties. There’s a cluster of showers and thunderstorms around Memphis and moving towards Northern Mississippi. I’m gonna keep my eye on. That batch is going to continue to weaken and may have some smaller drizzles overnight into our northern counties, but it is a low chance. We are going to continue to track some isolated thunderstorms as we heading towards your our Sunday afternoon, some of which could bring some strong gusty winds that could be around severe limit so a low level one risk is going to be in place for most of the news five area on Sunday. More showers and thunderstorms are looking to move in and develop with higher rain chances coming on Monday and Tuesday. But we’ll go with a 30% chance of rain on Sunday but higher rain chances increasing throughout the new upcoming week. It’s still gonna be another hot day tomorrow with highs back into the mid and upper 90s across the area and our feels like temperatures will stay below heated advisory criteria with some of that dryer still hanging around as we were talking earlier. We are tracking three areas of development out into the tropics two low in one medium. We will update you for any further development.
