This Lazy Trader Joe’s Bread Boat Parm has me feeling some type of way. This simple meal idea comes together quickly and with minimal effort. These boats are packed with flavor and make for the perfect weeknight meal the whole family will love! Here’s what you need to make it:
2 Sourdough Boules
2-3 Tbsp Dairy-Free Boursin Cheese Spread
6-10 Impossible Nuggets
1 Package of Roasted Vegetables Dressed with Garlic and Herbs
½-¾ Cup Tomato Basil Marinara
Dairy-free Mozzarella and Parm Blend
Parsley for garnish
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prepare your bread bowls by hollowing out the top and removing some of the filling, making sure it’s not too thin around the edges.
3. Coat the inside of each bread bowl with the dairy-free boursin cheese and pop them in the oven to bake for about 4-6 minutes.
4. As the bread bakes, prepare the impossible nuggets and roasted vegetables according to package instructions.
5. Dice the nuggets into quarters and add them to the bowl with the vegetables and marinara sauce. Mix until fully combined.
6. Top with a large handful of the dairy-free cheese blend and pop back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and dig in!
