I extended my small 1300 sq. ft. house to be about 1900 sq. ft., adding on 600 sq. ft. This is an open living room and dining room that is connected to the kitchen. From the kitchen you go into the dining area which leads into the living room. That is also connected to the garage and an outside deck.
