Sellafield nuclear facility in the UK was fined £332,500 after an audit found 75% of servers were vulnerable, posing catastrophic attack risks. Sellafield, one of Europe's largest nuclear facilities, handles extensive nuclear waste management and processing in the UK.

Last year's investigations highlighted severe security flaws, such as contractors accessing critical systems and nickname "Voldemort" due to vulnerabilities.The ONR confirmed cybersecurity failures but found no evidence of vulnerabilities being exploited.
