Trophy Description: Discover a Gem Path after earning a Colour Gem
What you need: A Colour Gem (Blue in my Example)
What to do: Step 1 - Go to "Turtle Woods" and go through the entire level without destroying any boxes to get the blue gem.
Step 2 - Go to "Hang Eight" and go through the level until you get to the blue platform. Stand on the platform to earn the Trophy!
