A Decade of Cilium Around the World - Liz Rice, Isovalent at Cisco & Hiroki Hanada, Cybozu, Inc.
Cilium is now 10 years old, and has become the de-facto standard secure networking solution Kubernetes. This session gives updates on the latest developments in Cilium and showcases how its eBPF-powered stack is transforming and simplifying networking and runtime security in Kubernetes environments and beyond.
You’ll hear from Cybozu about why they chose Cilium for efficient networking, L4 load balancing, and network policy, and learn how it supported their migration of services from VMs to Kubernetes on bare metal and enabled secure, scalable operation of their platform in production.
