This video is of a day hike that I took with my friend Isabel, into the mountains of Val d'Aran to a place called Lac Redon (Lake Redon) some 800 metres from the car park at Refugi Conangles. In total, Lac Redon is 2,234 metres above sea level and is the deepest lake in the Pyrenees at 73 metres.
