a COVID travel ban case is finally going to the Supreme Court of Canada. The case of Taylor v Newfoundland will consider the right to travel between provinces. Kim Taylor was denied the right to enter Newfoundland to attend her mother's funeral during the pandemic. And the province argues there is no right to travel between provinces.
