Here is my complete updated guide to Gallagher! In my eyes he is the best 4 star in Honkai: Star Rail, and I wanted to update Gallagher's guide for 2.4. I go through his best builds including a new DPS build, light cones after enough patches of testing, as well as teams. He has a lot of new teams since his release in 2.1 and I think he will keep getting more due to his innate OP advance forward and SP generation.
