Here is a complete guide to Cerydra! She is Honkai: Star Rail's latest support unit and yet another Harmony character! She has a very cool kit mechanic, but one that is unfortunately a little niche right now. It could be really strong in the future, it is really strong in some cases now, but not everyone should pull.
