A cool door made by me, SacredRedstone, and Alexdon63 which is only 1344 blocks making it quite compact as well. It consists of a 4 high hipster (built completely by Alex) with a fairly complex tape on the top in order to avoid adding a layer to the left side. It is also manually expandable to up to 11 blocks long, although it does require some modification of timing circuits, thus not making it truly expandable.
