Let's talk about what makes a good coach for us...⬇️

⭐️A coach is a motivator, a confidant, and a friend!

⭐️A coach must be able to say the right thing at the right time. Whether it's giving a pep talk before a big race or congratulating an athlete on a hard-fought victory.🙌

⭐️A coach plays an essential role in a team's success. They’re to care for every race of every athlete on their team. So it's no wonder that coaches have more stress😩 during competitions than the athletes themselves.

⭐️Coaches break their voices as they cheer on their swimmers. And in some cases, they even yell at them. But don't worry! They treat their athletes to a protein bar later.😉

👉 As you can see, being a coach is a BIG responsibility!
