Today I review (sort of) A Chronicle of the Last Pagans (1990), by Pierre Chuvin, translated by B.A. Archer. This book inspired most of the songs on the album Songs for Pierre Chuvin (2020) by the @theMountainGoats

There's a scan of this book available on archive.org (with a book plate from the School of Theology at Claremont. And even if I have to go to Claremont
