Lokeswara Moogi Rao loved chess. But he couldn't become a very strong chess player. However, his daughter - WIM Sahithi Varshini is very quickly becoming India's top players. Lokesh started working as a trainer with Sahithi but now has expanded the number of his students. Some of the strong ones are IM Ajay Santhosh - very close to becoming a GM and Aarav Sinha - very close to becoming an IM. How did a player who was rated 1700 Elo become such a strong trainer. In this video we see Lokesh's 1 hour of training - the way he does it with his students.
