So my Oral Allergy Syndrome has gotten worse since I've returned from living in Japan. I'm now allergic to more and more foods because of the cross reacting enzyme in the pollen and food. This happened to be kick started when I returned to Canada from living in Japan. I absolutely love and miss living in Japan, and I hope my allergy shots can make it so that I can eat normally again. If you've had allergic reactions to new foods when you came back from living abroad feel free to share about it in the comments! If you've had allergy shots for Oral Allergy Syndrome, has it helped your symptoms? Can you eat those foods again?
