Whisper chose the OHSU School of Nursing in Klamath Falls because of the community and the clinical experiences. She is setting herself up for a graduate degree in nursing by getting her B.S. Plus, a B.S. opens more doors for leadership and management roles. “I didn’t think that rural health was going to be something I was particularly interested in. But the more I’ve worked in Klamath Falls, the more I’ve really enjoyed it.”
