Backwards Walking Balance …improve stability, coordination, and control.
How to do it
Walk backwards in a straight line
Keep your core tight and posture tall
Take small, controlled steps
Use a wall or counter for light support if needed
Focus on steady balance—don’t rush
Tips
Start slow and increase speed only when you feel stable
If you feel unstable, shorten your steps
Breathe steadily and keep your gaze forward
Try this
20–40 seconds, rest, repeat 2–4 rounds
