In this clip from Elektor Lab Talk, Saad Imtiaz demonstrates a field-testing tool built around Elektor’s MultiRF Dev Board and its CC1101 sub-GHz radio. An ESP32 scans the available channels, detects an active transmission, locks onto it automatically, and displays the received packets through a browser-based interface.

The prototype is intended as a portable way to check what is happening across the 433 MHz band without rewiring modules for every test. Saad also discusses plans to add decoding, relay functions, support for additional radios, and a more complete multi-band RF testing interface.
