WOOOOOOOOOOO im not sure how many people are into BFB but I put together a quick storyboard for a Teardrop PMV I've had in mind for over a year!!!

This WILL be finished at some point, I just wanted to share what I have so far!!!!!! (also some shots look kind of silly at the moment since I mainly just wanted to get the storyboard idea across, so I apologize for that) I also plan on adding lyrics (which is why there's a lot of negative space in some shots) and I will also probably change some things that I know I can do better on and maybe add a few extra frames in some shots but for now I hope you all enjoy this!!!! :D

Rules:
-The MAP follows a loose bittersweet theme so bear that in mind! The MAP is not limited to shipping, but shipping between characters is also okay!
-The MAP is slower paced and should not be more focused on emotion rather than being super intense/full of action; several of the parts are a bit longer for that reason!
-Joining the Discord server if you receive a part is requested, but if you
-1-2 parts per person! Keep in mind that some parts are longer than others.
-You must have art examples in order to apply; anyone can apply and parts are not first-come first-serve!
-Colors that stray from the pallet are completely okay if needed (especially in the case of skin tones for human characters) but try to use hues similar to the map call image if possible!
-This is an anything map, so anything (humans, animals, objects, ocs, fandom characters) is allowed! If I am uncomfortable with a media I may ask you to use something else.
-Parts can be PMV or AMV or a mix of both; it's up to you!

Cold Rising 2022-07-11 | HIIIII ITS FINALLY FINISHED!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I've never finished a PMV before (much less one that's almost 3 minutes long) and to be honest I wasn't initially expecting myself to be able to finish this but I'm very glad that I did and I'm very excited to show this since I've been working very hard on it!!!!! As someone who relates a lot to this character in many ways this PMV also means a lot to me personally!

This PMV is an exploration of the character of Teardrop from BFB; initially, they encounter scorn from others who do not understand them or know how to respond to their muteness, and they feel isolated from others for a while because of this; ultimately, however, time shows her that there are always others who will extend kindness to her and appreciate her as she is without belittling her or pressuring her to change, and that there are others in the world who can also relate to and show understanding of her experiences.

This PMV was storyboarded back in March, before TPOT 2 released; therefore, none of the events of TPOT 2 are directly covered.

Thank you very much to my friends, who have been incredibly supportive of me while making this PMV, it means the world to me and made finishing this possible!!!!!!!!!!!

WOOOOOOOO this part was a lot of fun to do and I was able to work on my character animation technique a little more!!!! I'm super excited to see this MAP completed, everybody is so talented and all of the parts look absolutely incredible, plus the concepts and script are so interesting I couldn't resist asking for a part!!! I had a lot of fun and I'm proud of how this turned out overall but I'm hoping that I did the part justice!! Thank you so much to Cheeteh Z for letting me participate!!

This may not make sense to anyone else but the vibes of this MAP also remind me a lot of Shadow of the Colossus (my favorite game ever) which I think adds a lot to how excited I am over this MAP :]

Script: (Anything MAP) Wander swims through the lake to get to where Pelagia wakes up. The rest of the part focuses on Pelagia having the upper hand in the fight, and the last 3 frames of Pelagia bashing the structure apart is based around the halfway point of the boss fight!

IM ACTUALLY VERY PROUD OF THIS but the editing really hurt a lot,, there's a couple things I wish I did differently now that I'm seeing the edited part but I'm still proud of how this came out!!!! :D

Gonna try to start catching up with commissions and other parts again, now that I'm finally feeling better!!

I REALLY LIKE ANYTHING/FANDOM MAPS and sotc means a lot to me so it's very nice whenever I get to draw these characters; I have a few more sotc parts that will be coming soon too!!

Script: (Night, thunderpath) Bramble says goodbye to Tawny at the thunderpath border between Thunderclan and Shadowclan. Show Tawnypaw joining Tigerstar, Tigerstar’s attention should shift from looking at Bramble with cold interest to greeting Tawny warmly. For this reason try not to go too high with the viewing angle/horizon line, that shot should be as if from Bramble’s perspective.

HELLO HELLO HELLOOOO I HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH THIS.......... I've done a couple small tests but I've never really fully animated humans for a MAP (I don't even draw humans much) before aaa....... YOO This part was so much fun (except for when my laptop died trying to render it)!!!! I've been slowly chipping away at it for abt a year (you can sorta tell by the style changes hgdsfh), I love the pallets and designs for this MAP so so much and I couldn't resist this part when I saw it was open!!!!

Tysm to juju for letting me participate; I'm so happy I got to experiment with colors and expressions gsdh sorry for taking so long to finish it though!!! All the other parts for this map are so gorgeous and inspiring y'all are so talented waa..... I hope I did ok!!! :D

AAAAA I tried experimenting a bit with this MAP's concept by making Squirrelflight super lively and vibrant compared to Ashfur!!! • Another Mistake (OC Pallet MAP) - Part 5 (slight flashing) •

Story: These are my original characters, Basaran and Saturn, both of which are in a webcomic I'm making soon, Solid Ground. Prior to this webcomic's events, Basaran (the lighter, patchy tom depicted throughout) suffers through a long, drawn-out accumulation of poor mental health as well as several traumatic events, thus slowly forcing him into an extremely low point, both emotionally and physically. He isolates himself and withdraws completely, and fails to take care of himself properly during this time, and as a result he weakens badly until (to his surprise) he’s finally approached by Saturn (the fluffier tom with some stripes), who is unprecedentedly kind and respectful of him.

This part took me a bit longer than I'd have liked, and there were around 80 layers to keep track of while editing, but I had a lot of fun with this part!! I've missed doing pallet MAPs like this and it was good editing practice for me too!! Thanks so much to Geijst for letting me participate; I hope you like it!

I DID IT!!!!
I’ve been waiting to finish this for a long time; as the outro says I spent over 105 hours painting this part (over the course of several months), with most of the shots taking about 15 work hours each!!

I definitely bit off more than I could chew with the approach I took to the part, and I had a lot of problems with burnout but I never could have made it without all of the encouragement I had along the way, it means a lot ❤️

The idea of this MAP was to follow a more painted, atmospheric Ghibli-esque aesthetic, a large reason why I really tried to go as all-out as possible on this! That being said, a lot of the backgrounds in this are inspired by a mix of Ghibli films, Wolf Children (which the song is from), Ori and the Blind Forest, and things I'd seen in real life!

I worked on it little by little to get it done; this was a very fun part to work on and I adore this MAP's concept so much!!!! Plus I really enjoyed playing with composition and color in all the backgrounds!!!

I know there’s been a huge rise in Mapleshade content lately, so I tried to introduce other elements into the script to keep it from being a completely stale concept. It does also go just a slight bit off-canon for the sake of making things a bit more dramatic. The main focus of this MAP is expressions. I really dig well-done expressions and body language in any project like this, and I want to emphasize that in particular with this MAP.

Meanwhile, the story itself tells of how Mapleshade is willing to do anything, regardless of consequence, out of vengeance, and how a once good-hearted cat pushes herself to absolute madness in order to avenge her lost children.

I've never actually played the og Animal Crossing game; I'm only familiar with New Leaf and Pocket Camp sadly haha. I'm super happy I got a part in this, though, and I'm extremely excited for this MAP!

For my part I was originally going to draw all the tigers in New Leaf but I very quickly lost the motivation for so many characters so I chose to draw Lobo and Rolf, two snarky boys by the waterfall. Even the grumps can enjoy a good moment of relaxation with each other!

My style looks a lot different in this part (and more simple) since I was trying to match the style of the Animal Crossing games the best I could; I had a lot of fun with the different style and hopefully it looks nice!

Cold Rising 2019-01-16 | It's finally finished, wow! This took sooo much longer than it should have; the artwork I managed to finish in a total of //checks watch// ...a whole 16 hours, and honestly the editing probably took that long too, considering how many issues I ran into with the speedpaint. But hey, it's done!

Once again I apologize for the quality! IbisPaint auto-records speedpaints, but often times they end up super compressed unfortunately! I hope it's fine tho :O

This was a contest entry for my good pal Domino, if you couldn't already tell! For this entry I drew Domino's death at the paws of Sunchaser (and Darkheart), but I decided to go with something more symbolic as well, with the distorted cat figures in the water; basically this is meant to show how Domino's past deeds catch up to him in the form of his death, and how he seems to almost realize it just before he's killed. (After his death, I believe Domino goes to the Dark Forest). This kind of crossed over between two different prompts but... hopefully this is alright! It didn't come out as dramatic and cinematic as I'd hoped, but I put a whole lot of effort into it at least!

I caved and drew more shadow of the colossus art because this game owns my ass,, here we have the 12th Colossus (Also referred to as Pelagia); my personal favorite out of all 16!!!!

I first liked them because their design was really unique and interesting, and I enjoyed the setting and atmosphere of the fight, but after some time I grew sort of emotionally attached to them and I started relating to them personally and ohh man I coud go on about this game and Pelagia,,,,

but anyways I'm sorry this took longer than expected!!! Pelagia was hard to draw and I've a lot of stuff going on irl but I hope you like it; thanks for being so patient!

One more thing; I hope the white on the tusks is okay?? If it's too out of place with the pallet I can gladly remove it, I just wasn't sure how to imply that their tusks were glowing since the magenta looked odd though ig they don't really need to glow

aa I had a 24 hour time frame (with another 24 hour extension) and I did this in 9 and a half work hours,, I probably shouldn't have tried to put in this much detail but, y'know, sometimes you get carried away

For this part I drew Gorsepaw checking out his surroundings from a vantage point during the night; this boy absolutely deserved better and I would love to dedicate a PMV to him sometime

These characters are my OCs Basaran (white, patched tom with scar) and Saturn (light-colored, striped tom), both of whom are major characters that will show up in my webcomic Solid Ground (which will be starting fresh this December). You can see them in this video too! youtu.be/zcH5OLh_Ong Saturn is bisexual, while Basaran is gay; as you can see they both love each other very much

They do live in the same universe as Warriors, but they live outside the clans and for most of their lives they lived a long ways away from them.

Did You Miss Me? // Mapleshade PMV MAP {Part 14}

This part is basically about Mapleshade coming up with the idea for the Dark Forest to destroy StarClan/the clans!!!

Oh man, I had an absolute blast working on this part!! The color pallet for the background (as well as Mapleshade's design) was all super fun to work with and I've gotten a LOT of support on this as I worked on it, especially on Twitter!! That being said, I got super ambitious on this part and I hope it pays off for u guys aahh ❤️ thank you so much again for the support on this!!

one more thing: I know there should've been a red glow around Mapleshade; I tried to include it but no matter what I did it either looked weird against the background or just wasn't looking right ;; i hope that's ok since I went wild with the lighting anyways though!! Thank you again for being so patient with this; I'm super excited to see the final MAP!!
