I asked many friends to help by singing half of this song and sending me their videos so I could cut this all together and I don't feel upset that most couldn't help me. I can barely get through a day right now so I get it. Amazingly Rachel, Chris, Melissa, and Vivian all sent me their videos! THANK YOU! Links to their social media are below.
I hope everyone likes what I tried to do here. It may make more sense if you watch the original scene: youtube.com/watch?v=cK8VQ6BAXks
I was gone from YouTube for a long time. I may go away again. But if you are my friend and you have been good to me, I will always try to be there by your side. No matter what.
Let's hope tomorrow is better.

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
You've probably heard about protests from white people who want to "reopen" things. And maybe you've heard politicians talking about trying to do that, too.
When is it going to be safe?
It will start to be safe when there's a widely available vaccine and not one day before that.
We won't be able to have safely crowded spaces until some time after that once everyone has gotten vaccinated and the incidents have stopped happening.
For comparison: The Ebola virus was discovered in 1976, thirty years after the flu vaccine. The vaccine for Ebola was worked on for decades. In 2014, the best candidate began to be worked on and in 2019, the vaccine was approved in the US and Europe. That's 43 years.
The 2002-2003 SARS coronavirus went 20 months before a vaccine was ready for testing.
On the one hand, COVID-19 is much more aggressive in its spread than either of those, but on the other hand, the entire world is working on a vaccine, rather than just some research laboratories.
It's still a safe bet that 1 year from now is the shortest we should be thinking we'll be able to start reopening things. And the smartest best is 2-3 years.
I don't want to make you sad. I want to make you stay as safe as possible for as long as possible. Please don't stop sheltering-at-home until you can take a vaccine or until you fully recover if you contract the virus.
And let's hope tomorrow is better.

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
I have very little energy or brainspace these days to deal with stuff that I consider problematic. I'm not gonna go Batman or Punisher on anybody but I do have the ability to unfriend and block.
Here are some things that will make react in this way:
1) Supporting Trump.
2) Being anti-vaccine or defying social distancing.
3) Being anti-abortion. FYI, I am extremely pro choice.
4) Being racist or xenophobic
5) Being a sexual predator or a sexual predation apologist
6) Attacking the targets of sexual assault
7) Being transmisic (that means hating transgender people)
8) Being anti-queer
9) Being defiantly ableist (which means if I point out the ableism to someone who is ignorant so they learn about it and then want to keep being it)
10) Being a misogynist.
11) Being anti-fat
and lucky #12) Being any sort of abuser
Lots of things will make angry
and might make me argue with you if I have the energy.
But people who do those things I listed? I have no space for you in my life.
Thank you for listening.
Let's hope tomorrow is better.

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
At Trump's press briefing on April 23rd, Bill Bryan from the US DHS reported findings that on hard surfaces, sunlight, heat, and humidity can help kill off the coronavirus.
He also said that disinfectants like bleach and isopropyl alcohol definitely kill the coronavirus in 5 minutes and 30 seconds respectively.
Trump then did something that ignorant and prideful people do often.
He reached a wrong conclusion in his mind and then in case he was being foolish, bc he hates looking foolish the most, he stated his conclusion in the form of, "I bet other people might think THIS. Would THIS work?"
Specifically he asked if light and disinfectants could be used inside the body to kill off the coronavirus.
Technically, yes, that could kill off the virus. But an important side effect is that it would also kill the person around the virus.
Alexander Pope in 1709 wrote: A little learning is a dangerous thing; drink deep, or taste not the Pierian spring.
In 2020, let's add, 'And don't put disinfectant inside your body!'
Let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
I suck at regularly watching youtube but I know these content creators. Please check them out! These are in the order that I spotted them in my subscriptions so there's at least 1 recent video from them.
1) Rogan Shannon is a deaf youtuber whose videos are in sign language and are closed captioned. He is an interpreter for mostly Deaf Blind folks and vlogs about the Deaf experience, the queer experience, books, and more!
youtube.com/watch?v=xpNulaQBhBI
2) Kathy Trithardt is a booktuber who is very organized and somehow seems to post a video very frequently?! Even before the pandemic? I think she's magic. Her videos are also closed captioned.
youtube.com/watch?v=vzQnbsMc900
3) Katrina Eames is a booktuber, fandom, and activism vlogger. They know a lot about US politics bc of their active participation in trying to get progressive candidates elected! I think most of their videos are closed captioned.
youtube.com/watch?v=4hKkfLqU4n8
4) The Princess and The Scrivener's youtube channel is like if the Crystal Gems decided to start vlogging about Disney and pop culture and anything else that stirred up their emotions. They usually go back and forth uploading from their respective locations and occasionally together (pre-pandemic). Closed captioned!

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers! Happy Earth Day!
Prior to this COVID-19 pandemic, I'm not sure if I knew about something called 'ecofascism'. It's the idea that saving the environment is worth killing off some people.
There's a meme going around about how "people are the virus." It's often associated with cute pics of animals or clear skies in cities many of which have untruthful captions.
And hey, I also get frustrated at humans who make individual choices to be selfish and inconsiderate of other people and nature and the world in general.
I do. I yell at them.
But if parts of the world are looking cleaner and nicer right now, it's not because people have gone away.
It's because our capitalistic systems that prioritize making money over protecting our world have slowed down because the means of production, namely human workers, have slowed the harmful patterns in order to escape dying.
Love cute animals and hate pollution as much as you want but don't go thinking it's your neighbors who decided to ruin the world, unless your neighbor is an executive in the fossil fuel industry.
A good article on this topic can be found on bitch media's site, link included below: bitchmedia.org/article/world-on-fire/ecofascist-messaging-is-increasing-during-coronavirus-pandemic"
The fake animals in pandemics posts is discussed on NatGeo: nationalgeographic.com/animals/2020/03/coronavirus-pandemic-fake-animal-viral-social-media-posts

Hello Paultalkers and other viewers!
First of all, I'm putting together a video of a specific Steven Universe Movie song for my last day of VEDA. If you would like to join me in that video, please let me know!
It is my third Facts and Funs video so let's get to the bad stuff:
Fact 1: Worldwide coronavirus cases
Confirmed 2,531,804
Recovered 665,458
Deaths 174,336
Fun 1: Tonight is the peak of the Lyrids Meteor Shower in the northern hemisphere. I don't know much about it but apparently the peak will be around 6am Greenwich Mean Time (11pm Pacific time). Please stay home though and look up from there if you can.
Fact 2: US coronavirus cases
Confirmed 810,276
Recovered 73,923
Deaths 44,234
Fun 2: The old Disney Afternoon suite of cartoons from the early 90s is kind of getting a revival in the rebooted Disney DuckTales series. They started off with just the Duck family, then added Gummi Bears, Gizmoduck, and Darkwing Duck. In the current 3rd season, they just brought back the Rescue Rangers and Goof Troop! If you have access to Disney shows and like those old cartoons, check out rebooted DuckTales!
Fact 3: This is a long one. When people get sick from some viruses, their immune systems develop antibodies to prevent them from getting re-infected for some period of time.
But we don't know yet if strains of COVID-19 fall into that category. People who get sick and recover may get sick from it again. Or COVID-19's mutation rate may be so high that even if you do gain immunity to 1 strain, you may still catch others.
For these reasons, at the time of this recording, it is unsafe to rely on herd immunity to protect any community from the coronavirus.
Feel free to search for coronavirus and herd immunity and you should find that for every one or two who think it's the way to combat this pandemic, there are around 500 scientists who think it is a bad idea.
Fun 3: Today is my birthday. I am 45 years old. These things are facts and I'm not great today, but I'm going to say them in the fun section because why not?! It's a pandemic.
Let's hope tomorrow is better."

Oh hello Paultalkers and other viewers!
This evening, I'm going to write a few short letters on this stationary and mail them off to people along with some of my photos.
I have been participating in a beta program from Google where each month I get to choose 10 photos from my account and they send me nicely printed postcard sized version of them.
I already know who I'm going to send some of these to, my friends, and maybe my patreon supporters. but I have many more that I can still send out. Let me show what they look like.
They are numbered and if you are willing to let me know your mailing address, please leave a comment telling me which one you would like and I will DM you for info and it'll happen!

Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
I am not okay today. So I'm going to do something I never do and meditate. You can join me.
If you are more practiced than I am, this will be nothing. If you also usually feel too anxious to meditate like I usually do, maybe this will give you an idea.
I got this body scan from the Meditation for Real People youtube channel: youtube.com/watch?v=41GqbdgYAmE
[voiceover:] close your eyes,
take a deep breath in through your nose ,
filling your belly up and lift the chest up and hold
then when you're ready, exhale deeply
emptying your lungs
make room for an even bigger breath
inhale making the belly nice and round, lifting the chest and holding
and release one more time
inhale deeply and holding
exhale deeply
on the next inhale, focus on tensing up your face
breathe in and scrunch up your eyes, your forehead,
mouth, and nose and hold
and release all the tension out in a big exhale
in the next breath in, scrunch your shoulders up
and hold
then release all the tension from your shoulders
inhale and scrunch up your arms and hands making fists, squeezing those arm muscles
then exhale and release the arms and the hands
breathe in and tense up your stomach and
chest muscles holding it
then release the tension and exhale
inhale deeply tensing up your buttocks muscles and
hold
then release
breathing in squeeze the thighs by pushing your feet against
the floor
then release the thigh tension,
inhale squeezing the calf muscles
and exhale releasing
breathe in and clench your toes and feet holding it
then releasing the foot tension exhale all the air out
now that you've gone through the whole body
inhale deeply again focusing on any areas that need
extra attention and holding it
and releasing it when you're ready
and inhale, making that belly nice and round, lifting
the chest and hold it
and let out the breath in a nice sigh out
and one more time inhale and hold
and sigh it out
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
In 2020, the most a person can make in a year to be considered Very Low Income by The Affordable Housing Group of Los Angeles is $39,450.
That seems high but in 2017 the median income was $65,000 according to the Department of Numbers and the average income in 2020 is $106,000 according to salaryexplorer.com
I am considered Very Low Income and yet I still have food and essentials during QVEDA. How?!
My horrible truth is that I order deliveries from Ralphs, Instacart, and Amazon/WholeFoods.
I know that front-line sacrificial workers aren't being treated well enough. But apparently, my diabetes means I'm immunocompromised so if I contract COVID-19, I'm likely to die.
I try not abuse the services. I wait until I only have a couple days of meals left and then I order.
When there were the instacart and amazon strikes, I did not order for a week. I had more takeout meals that week than usual.
If you are in the same situation as me and need to do this, here are some tips:
I used to get 90% of my groceries from Ralphs, the local krogers store, but it's $10 local delivery charges for produce and perishables. However, if you switch to shipping which they do through FedEx, and you order $35 or more of non-perishables like boxed, bagged, and canned goods or household supplies, then shipping is free and usually takes about a week.
I've only managed to get instacart deliveries twice. Both times, I filled up a shopping cart online (at Sprouts) and then starting at 5am, attempted to schedule a delivery every half hour until I snagged an opening. And I chose 'fast and flexible' which meant I had no idea which day out of 3 options I'd get the delivery. But since I'm always home, it was fine. The delivery charge was free once, bc there was a promo, and $3.99 another time. Each time I tipped the delivery person more than usual.
Now with Amazon/WholeFoods, I again filled up my online shopping cart in advance but then I had to schedule deliveries by trying over and over about once every hour, sometimes for a couple days, until there's finally a delivery window available to jump on. And then again, I tipped the delivery person more than usual.
In our shitty, bad healthcare, low pay and benefits society, I can't encourage you to use any of those services. But if, like me, you HAVE to use them, maybe those tips can help.
Let me know what you're doing to keep your fridge and pantry stocked. Do any of my tips help?
If you'd like to sing in one of my videos, please let me know!
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
Once upon a time, small youtube would get to know each other in the comments and video replies and occasionally vlogs where one youtuber lists other youtubers' channels to check out.
Guess where we are!
There are actually tons of people making quality youtube content still! youtube just doesn't show them to anybody apparently?
Since this is VEDA, I'm only going to talk about others also doing VEDA. I hate to recommend anyone I don't know personally because people can suck in real life. So these are 3 people I know for reals and 1 kind of famous person who I've only heard good things about from others who have met him.
1 My friend Rachel is @thejuniebird on most of the internet. channel linked in the description: youtube.com/watch?v=EihBsotTg1A
She is very musical and very fanfic oriented and into television and bouldering and cooking and cats.
2 My friend Nina is @VloggedLifeNina on youtube and @dftbadarling on twitter.
channel linked in the description:
youtube.com/watch?v=ib4LnW-cCEY
She is also immunocompromised and so has been vlogging since before April, since she started quarantining herself. She does great little opinion vlogs and sometime her pets guest star.
3 My friend Liz VEDAs @JustAPeach on youtube.
channel linked in the description:
youtube.com/watch?v=DjGj9t4xpkI
She's a mom, she has mental health issues, she has a house and I always knew her to be very active at uplifting the community of small youtubers.
4 The Famous-ish dude is Gunnarolla, found everywhere @gunnarolla is also doing VEDA.
youtube.com/watch?v=6VmWVLVtUOc
He's funny, he's musical, I think he's Canadian? he did amazing travelogues, and he's respecting the quarantine.
Who else should we check out that's doing VEDA? Please tell us know in the comments.
On another vlog, I'll talk up small youtubers that are NOT doing VEDA, so... that's an idea for one more vlog at least!
Let's hope tomorrow is better."

Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers,
Welcome to my second Facts and Funs video for QVEDA!
Let's start with the bad news, shall we?
Fact 1: Global confirmed cases of COVID-19:
Fun 1: John Krasinski, made famous by Jack Ryan and A Quiet Place but probably best known as Emily Blunt's husband has started a YouTube channel called Some Good News, which I have linked in the description section: youtube.com/channel/UCOe_y6KKvS3PdIfb9q9pGug - it is sweet and delightful if you like that sort of thing
Fact 2: US confirmed cases of COVID-19:
Fun 2: Trolls World Tour is now available for streaming on the internet, like Birds of Prey and a couple other new release films before it. Some studios are trying to push back movie releases in what I think is a foolish attempt to get theater money after the pandemic dies down without really understanding this could be a year or more!
But anyway, Trolls World Tour is very fun, has lots of good music, and there's a scene where a character voiced by a white woman who tries to say all Trolls are the same gets schooled by George Clinton and Mary J. Blige that in fact people are different and the differences need to be recognized.
Fact 3: The FDA has authorized the first saliva test to help diagnose coronavirus. Apparently it's supposed to be a good alternative to the back-of-the-nasal cavity swab test, which does not sound fun.

You may not get in and I don't know if your brain is in the right place for it. (Mine isn't quite yet) But if you can and it is, check it out and learn a skill that will open up a whole new world of communication for you!
That's it! I don't know if the fun things were fun enough or the fact things were factual enough, but you know. It's a pandemic!
Let's hope tomorrow is better."

Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers,
The US Postmaster General asked congress last week to save our Postal Service. With the coronavirus, the mass mailings that are its main source of funds have dried up.
I would never say that America is the best at anything except maybe our postal service. It's almost 230 years old and predates our constitution. We have telephones, we have cable TV, we have wired internet and wifi, but there are still places in this huge nation where the only communication happens via physical mail.
For as long as I've been in California, I've taken advantage of the tremendously accessible vote-by-mail system. It should be the norm in our country instead of the exception!
As someone with an immunocompromised system, I rely upon the medications that my pharmacy mails to me.
And every December, Santa Paul renews his admiration and devotion to our mail carriers who deliver the Christmas cards he can't drop off in person.
There is only one reason why the Trump administration would want the postal system to fail and it has nothing to do with competitive capitalism. Our postal service and the vote-by-mail option working together are some of the most likely things to get conservatives out of office.
For once, I can give some action items!
1) Share anything on social media that gives good info about #SaveUSPS
2) Buy some stamps from the online store at usps.com! They're not going to get delivered for a while because they are already selling out of stock, but it's a tiny individual thing that can help.
3) MOST IMPORTANTLY, contact Congress and tell them to do the right thing. I used @resistbot on twitter. I just followed and DM'd the account with the word 'resist' and then told it to send a message to my congressional representatives to do whatever needed to save the USPS!
What will you do to join me in supporting the postal service? Would you like me to mail you something? Let me know in the comments below!
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers,
Between 2013 and 2016, I became pretty well known for doing Hangouts On Air interviews on my channel. Among my friends, I would often do private Skype sessions, and at work I would do google hangouts with folks at the office.
As COVID-19 swept through the world, many folks on the internet started using the Zoom video conferencing software - at this point it's so widespread there are even memes of the gallery view showing lots of people conferencing together!
But I ... have not been video conferencing with anybody. If you're one of my friends and wondered why I didn't video chat with you during this time... Well, here's my answer.
It's too real.
When I am distanced from people because of my door or because of time or because it's just text, I can pretend it's just another everyday thing.
I can pretend life is still the way it was before COVID-19 and these are just the in-between interactions I can have with people before I see them again face-to-face.
When I think about video chatting with someone and seeing their face and reactions and hearing them in real time, even though I've done it before, at this time it seems like it would be solidifying the new normal of this pandemic life.
I can logically accept that I'll need to self-isolate for a year or more but I haven't been feeling it yet. The thought of interacting with a friend that I would have no ability to see in person or hug for all that time... wrecks me.
At some point, I'm sure I will, but I think the first time I might crumble into tears. So, not yet. This month, maybe. Just... not yet.
Are you video chatting with friends or family during the pandemic? Is there a thing you think might be the breaking point for you in all this? Please let me know in the comments below. And also leave me a request for a future vlog! I can do requests!
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers! The tension keeps increasing over here, but I am trying to keep my cool.
I could give you a very big list of places, but I'm going to try to stick to 5 places I'd like to go when we're able to travel again:
No pun intended but Death Valley. The hottest, lowest desert area in the United States is not THAT far of a drive for me. Maybe if I go in the fall or winter, I won't die of heat exhaustion.
Joshua Tree National Park. I've seen those weirdo trees in California before but I've never gone into the park to explore where there are apparently cool rock formations, too.
Woods Cove in Laguna Beach. This is my favorite place to swim in SoCal and I'm extremely sad I may not get to go back this year because of the quarantine.
Big Sur is between Santa Barbara and San Francisco and I drove past it when I went on my San Francisco road trip last year. It was gorgeous and I barely saw it! I need to go back and just really experience it.
Finally, Sequoia National Park where you can find the General Sherman tree is actually pretty close to here compared to other parks but I haven't been yet and I want to go and hug the biggest trees in the world!
That's five! In the comments below, please tell me what you think of my choices or tell me where you want to go once we can stop sheltering at home!
And let's hope tomorrow is better.

"Hello Paultalkers and other viewers,
I wanted someone super liberal to be the next President.
I wanted Warren to be the President.
I wanted Sanders to be the President.
In the US voting system the way it is right now, I believe voting for a third party candidate for the Presidency is sadly a waste of a vote.
I now have to vote for Joe Biden for President because any other action gives Trump a greater chance to win a second term.
This QVEDA post is for mourning, with a 'u'.
We are grieving over the lost best chance at the most progressive presidency we could have had in 243 years.
Don't tell me I'm wrong, don't tell me what to look forward to, you can do that on the video if you must. In the comments below, if you are sad about this, please tell me about your sadness so I can tell you that you're right but we have to keep going.
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
I've already vlogged about how I am anxious and have depression. What I haven't mentioned yet this QVEDA is how I am furious.
My blood is constantly boiling that everything bad happening to people in the world right now was preventable.
The US government's congress and President were informed by the WHO and CDC that the coronavirus was going to be devastating as early as January. It took until March for any of our local governments, not even the federal one, to start acting to protect its people.
We have the technology and resources to provide clean water to literally everyone in the United States. But instead we allow pipelines to be installed by the fuel industry so many areas of our allegedly developed nation don't have water clean enough to wash hands let alone drink!
We have the means and space to provide housing first solutions everywhere in this nation but it takes a threat to property owners to get our local governments to start allowing use of the vacancies that are already available to shelter our enormous homeless population.
There are medical and scientific facts that could have been reported using every means of mass communication from TV and internet to print newspapers and radio to inform everyone in this country about how dangerous this pandemic is, but that might have shaken confidence in some of the most fascist governments we've had to date.
I am angry at selfish conservative world leaders like Donald Trump and Boris Johnson. Today, April 6th, 2020, it's reported that BoJo is in ICU for the coronavirus that he treated like a hoax.
The part of me that is not a good man wants him to suffer as a form of justice for the harm he has caused. I want the fact that he has shaken hands with Donald Trump to have poetic and satisfying consequences. And those two results might make the world better.
But the rule I follow, as someone who is not 100% a good man, is that I don't pursue anyone's death. No matter how appropriate it might seem to me. Even if I would not shed a tear at the news. I don't pursue it.
That's vengeance. It's a line you can only cross in a single direction.
Instead, as the purveyors of lies, like Bojo and Trump and Dr. Drew get more and more exposed as liars and perhaps to COVID19 itself, my hope is that truth comes out.
There are people in my country who eagerly accept lies and lie to themselves if it means they can hurt the people they want to hurt. As the political leaders and celebrities who gave them permission to shit on the truth themselves face the consequences of those lies, I don't want anyone to die.
I want conservatives and bigots to realize the only way we can get through this is to help each other. Not just some of each other, the ones they like, because that lets the virus through. All of each other. That's what anger wants.
Tell me about your anger in the comments below, please.
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Both? Both? Both!
Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers! Welcome to day 5 of Q-VEDA and my 24th day of self-isolating.
Since you are on the internet, I hope you have seen some posts describing how you don't have to be productive right now. There are many! They are reassuring.
I like the posts that tell you that it's okay if you don't exercise.
That it's okay if you don't learn a new skill.
That it's okay if you don't do an internet challenge.
It's okay if you eat food and gain weight.
It's okay if you don't write.
It's okay if you don't do art.
It's okay if you don't change your clothes.
And so on.
I agree with all of those statements! They just don't work for me.
I am an introvert with anxiety and depression. In my case, that means that every day of most of my life before this pandemic hit, my tendency was to lie in bed all day doing nothing but maybe watching reruns of TV.
When the social distancing suggestion first happened in early March, I could have very easily gotten into the habit of doing nothing every day. And I don't think there would have been anything morally wrong with that.
The problem is, that would have allowed my mind to get into a state that i've been trying for years, not to get into.
So, 6 days of the week, every week, I exercise in the morning. I put on clothes to go outside. Every couple of days, I take very short drive to a nearby reservoir and run. At the end of March, I decided to post an old never-posted photo every day. Here in April, I'm posting a vlog every day.
None of these things make me a good person. None of these things make me any better than someone who does none of these things.
All I'm doing is trying to stay sane in a way that I hope works for me. If your best mental health is found in eating cookies in bed while wearing dirty pajamas, please do it. The fact that I'm trying to do a lot is not a recommendation that you do it, nor an indictment of you if you don't.
My favorite post on this topic has been reworded a bunch of times but essentially said, 'You are not working from home. You are staying at home during a crisis, and trying to work.' Whatever you are doing in this pandemic, if it is keeping you going, it is good. Fuck productivity, please don't worry about it.
What approach is best for you during all this? Let me know in the comments please.
And let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Hello PaulTalkers and other viewers!
This is Q-VEDA day 2 but also my 21st day of self-isolating in Los Angeles. Our local Safer-At-Home order came out on March 20th, but I started Staying Home on March 13th.
You should also Stay Home, bc that is the biggest thing most of us can do to reduce the spread of COVID-19. You've probably heard that already, but maybe you don't know what it means.
First of all, it's not an overreaction. This virus is a type of SARS that's similar to pneumonia. Those things can already be deadly, but this virus is a new variant that is more determined.
Countries with better healthcare than ours are seeing lots of deaths but we are on track to be number one. Let's not.
Secondly, this virus transmits through moisture that's come from the lungs. It gets carried to you either via a cough or sneeze directly, or someone else had the virus on them and infected something that you touched and then you infect yourself if you don't get rid of it.
Staying 6ft away from everyone makes a huge difference. Pretend you're playing a game of ultimate tag with everyone in the world but everyone is already it and people who get tagged can die.
But thirdly, there are things you can still do. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds whenever you touch anything. Soap exposure breaks down the virus that you got on you so that it stops being able to make you sick.
Disinfect hard stuff that you have to touch. That's your phone, your keyboard, your glasses, any doorknobs, etc. Even if you've been washing your hands, you may have accidentally touched things without realizing it.
Wear a cheap simple face mask. This does not prevent the disease! However, even when people try to stay 6ft away from each other, through talking, laughing, singing, even just breathing hard, they can still be spreading the virus without knowing it. The mask reduces the spread just by stopping water particles. Wash your hands before you put it on and after you take it off.
Please tell me that you are also staying home! Are there are any quick tips that I missed? Share them with us!
Let's hope tomorrow is better."

"Today is my intro. I'm Paul, I'm a cishet allosexual Korean-American 43* yr old man using he/him pronouns and living in Los Angeles. I work for a property management company to pay the bills. When I'm not working, I like to explore SoCal by myself or with my friends. Or I did until COVID-19.
From 2013 through 2016 I was a fairly avid youtuber who would vlog about fun geeky things but also comment on what stuff in society is problematic. Then Trump got elected and I burned out immediately.
In April of 2020, I'm staying home almost 100% of the time to help flatten the curve against the coronavirus. So should you.
More to come in the days ahead, but if there's anything you want me to vlog about, let me know.
Let's hope tomorrow is better."
