This video will quickly show you where Reldo is at, which is where you get the Strange Device (Beginner) in Old School RuneScape (OSRS). This is for the beginner clue scrolls. If you have a master scroll youll need a Strange Device (Master) which is acquired from Jorral at the north west outpost of West Ardougne. The Strange Device (Beginner) is acquired from Reldo and he is located in Varrock castle on the ground floor in the library towards the north.
