0:32 Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu
We met up with our new travel buddies and then embarked on a long 12-hour ride, heading towards the starting point of our trek.
0:56 Day 2 – Journey to Trek Start in Gandaki Region
We began our journey heading up to the Gandaki region, known for its stunning mountain landscapes and rich cultural heritage.
01:40 Day 3 – Trek to High Camp
We continued our trek, climbing approximately 1,000 meters from the Rest Camp up to the High Camp. Along the way, we passed through panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges becoming clearer as we ascended.
02:49 Day 4 – The Proposal at the Mountain Summit
A memorable moment on this TTI expedition: someone proposed at the mountain summit, surrounded by spectacular views of snow-capped peaks. The stunning backdrop made it a perfect place for a yes!
04:25 Day 5 – Descent to Low Camp
We trekked down to the Forest Camp, navigating numerous flights of stairs carved into the forested slopes. The trail was lush and peaceful, offering a different perspective of the mountainous terrain.
05:12 Day 6 – Trek Down to Lwang Village
We descended further to Lwang Village, where we spent quality time bonding with the team. The village atmosphere gave us a glimpse of rural life in the Gandaki region.
06:08 Day 7 – Jeep Ride Down to Pokhara
After four days of trekking, we took a jeep ride down to Pokhara, the popular gateway city to the Himalayas.
Day 8-9 – Exploring Pokhara and Return to Kathmandu
We spent the next day exploring Pokhara and on the final day, we made the scenic drive back to Kathmandu to catch our flight home.
