A couple years back I reviewed the original 9Barista, the Mk. I, which ended up being a breath of fresh air in the espresso machine game. Not only did it impress me from an engineering perspective, but also from its pure espresso quality. Fast forward to today, they've produced its successor, the Mk. II, which on the surface isn't all that different, but does have some updates and upgrades worth covering.
