So stoked to finally beat my 4:59 9/9 PB, from all the way back in October of 2019!
Really bizarre attempt overall lol. 2:58 memo is straight up just bad for a 9 cube 2-pass for me. But 1:59 exec is absurdly good, I don't think I'd ever even done sub-2:10 on a 9/9 before.
The scrambles overall were 96 algs made into 85 algs with full floating and LTCT. Actually kind of wild, I had 4 LTCTs in 9 cubes lol, that's way more than they usually show up. So essentially, without full floating and LTCT, these scrambles were significantly worse than average, but actually a bit better than average if you use full floating and LTCT. Feels awesome to demonstrably show that these methods I've been grinding are actually helping lol
I definitely think this can be improved a lot. I had a 4:47 the other day off by 1 move on 1 cube, so I definitely can see myself getting sub-4:45 with some more attempts. Sub-4:30 is doable but that would need a good bit of luck and also the good fortune of my brain working perfectly to pull it off.
