In today's video, you're going to hear a true Scotsman speaking Polish! I thought it'd be quite fun to show off my skills in a foreign language by showing you some basic Polish words and phrases I learned a while ago and which I've extended upon since. I had fun making this video thinking about my pronunciation and how I'll inevitably be judged! But here it is. Please leave comments below letting me know how I did and what you thought of the video in general.

This video is structured a little differently to others I have made as I include all of today's phrasal verbs in a story which gives context and really helps learners of any language learn more efficiently.
The story is read out aloud and has text on screen to allow you to read along and listen to my accent while I dictate and includes all the phrasal verbs about fighting in violence in a colour which makes it very easy to understand.
After, I go into further detail about each phrasal verb and their use and meaning regarding the story and also extra definitions.
If you like this type of video, please let me know in the comments section so I can continue improving. Thanks for tuning in!

I also mention how different -ed adjectives are and something to watch out for while learning them as they are used a little differentlyt, but you'll need to stay till the end to watch that.

In English lessons we learn how to answer the question "How are you?" with one simple answer "I'm fine thanks and you?"
This is so wrong on so many levels that it's frustrating. It makes you very one dimensional and limits your vocabulary and your ability to form your own opinions.
In today's video I pose the question "how are you?" and give you different ways not only how to ask that question, but also to give suitable repsonses to use instead of "I'm fine thank you and you"
After watching this video you will have learned how to ask "how are you?" like a native speaker say "I'm fine" in a variety of ways that include neutral responses as well as negative and positive ones.
How are you today? Leave a comment with your response and let me know.

Students often have a difficult time with remembering how to say country names in English and the nationalities and languages of Europe in English..
This video is a comprehensive list of all European countries and their country name, adjective form, spoken language and demonym (where they come from).
Some are obvious and take familiar endings. Poland, England and Scotland all take -ish endings in their adjective form. But some are not so obvious, for example, Holland use 'Dutch' as their adjective form. I will cover ALL of the countries individually and help you boost your English vocabulary in the process. Try to watch till the end to get a full grasp and learn each country individually. Practice saying them out aloud after me to help with the learning process. From Albania to Luxembourg to Sweden - they're all here! Enjoy! This English vocabulary video on nationalities, languages and country names is sure to give your vocabulary the boost it needs.

In this description below you'll also find a list of irregular verbs that you can use to study and remember at your leisure.
