Hello Everybody! On today's episode I had on Special Guest Ann Hince! Ann spent 30+ years in Silicon Valley as an engineer, healed herself of traumas to the point of bone structures being realigned in her body by using EFT (tapping) and is author of the book 'A Pathway To Insight'.
In today's episode Ann & I discuss EFT; what it means, how it's done and she even gives us a demonstration. Ann tells us her traumatic experience which caused her to be so overwhelmed nearly 2 decades later that she was given this technique from her doctor as an aside to help her calm down. It worked so well that she continued to do it and began to thrive off of thinking of her past traumas and letting them go. This is one of those episodes that should be shared around with all people. This technique can be used by everyone and will help awaken those who are still asleep.
