He was often depicted as a Triadic God and some feel that he may represent the sum of the tree gods that Lucan spoke about in his epic The Pharsalia. Ludwig Rübekeil suggests that Lugus was a triune god, comprising of the three Gods Gods that Lucan had refered to, Esus, Toutatis and Taranis.
The majority of the known inscriptions dedicated to Lugus come from the Iberian Peninsula but his Importance is shown by the use of his name for towns and cities throughout the Celtic lands:

The real power in this system relies on a deep personal understanding, a connection and belief in the methods used and devised.
As such, further personalisation of this system should be undertaken, to develop this system and make it your own.
Particularly, you should tailor your ceremonies and rituals by incorporating elements of your own belief system, pantheon and deities.
But what I am presenting here will be enough to achieve results and start the ball rolling.
The more the system is understood and fits as true within each individuals psyche the more potent, the works become.

Why were the stone circles built? What religious significance did they have? What are their relationship to the folklore terms Deosil and Widdershins. The origins of the Left and Right Hand Paths.
Long have we known there was a relationship between these circles and the cycle of the Sun. We examine recent discoveries that show a relationship not only to the veneration of the Sun God but also to the world of the ancestors and the dead.
The discoveries that are mainly attributed to professor Mike Parker Pearson at the Stonehenge site allow us to build a clear picture of proceedings that once took place. At Durrington Walls two miles to the North East we find evidence of mass gatherings and feasting during the Winter Solstice. We also discover another circle aptly named Woodhenge and the story unravels with a procession symbolic of the suns cycle from the world of the living to the world of the dead.

The purpose of this journey is to rediscover that part of your subconscious that everyone was born with, but most have lost contact with.
Rediscovering and acquainting yourself with the inner teacher/spirit guide is fundamental not only in shamanic studies but in any nature based belief system.
We first discuss the experiment and then move on to the theory of the inner teacher and spirit guide then we move on to the guided journey itself.
For binaural frequencies to work best, and the best trance state experience it's recommended that a good set of headphones or earbuds be aquired prior to attempting the journey. The workshop also uses MilkDrop visualisations and therefore flashing images. If you are at all sensitive to flashing images or fast hypnotic rhythms and frequencies then its best not to participate in the practical workshop part of this exercise. For those that do I would love to hear your experiences.

The ritual itself is just a mechanism to channel and direct natural energies through induced states of altered consciousness.
The Shamans of Northern Eurasia understood this very well. The concept of the Shamanic Tree is the key to successfully using these natural forces. And these energies do exist as we are finding out. Advances in Quantum physics tell us that at the foundation of everything are waves of energy. By understanding the concepts of the Shamanic Tree and knowing a little bit about these energies from the modern perspective of Quantum physics you will better understand how to put your rituals to work effectively.
