9. Interactive Module: Demo Workflow for Starting with a Human Gene/Protein Identifier
This video demonstrates a sample workflow for mapping annotations (mutations/scores/features) onto protein sequences and structures, starting with a human gene/protein identifier. The workflow consists of four steps. In any step, users can change the selection of gene/protein or structure, and can edit the uploaded annotations. The results of the workflow can be shared securely with collaborators and are only accessible via authorized email addresses.
