Here are 3 more things that would really help new Destiny 2 players.#1) You can find every possible perk on nearly all guns in the game on light.gg. No longer do you have to hear from a friend, or grind for days, or just listen to YouTubers tell you what things have. Simply type in a gun name to find all of its perks among other things, or type in a perk and it will tell you all the guns that have it.#2) You dont have to have your highest gear equipped to get the next drops to be higher. Simply have the gear on your account and it will count for the next gear drops. This includes your character, other characters, the vault, the postmaster, and even the gear on the ground. As long as it can possibly be equipped, so no disabled gear or trans-class armor.#3) There are a lot of exotics in the game and as a new player, you might wonder what to go for first, that’s accessible and effective long term. I recommend that you get the Witherhoard and Eriana’s Vow first. For their incredible fun and end game use across the game. Both can be purchased at the exotic archive in the tower as a Shadowkeep DLC weapon and are not random from exotic engrams. Their catalyst quests also take a long time to complete, so it’s best started early, but are so worth it. Here are 3 more things that would really help new Destiny 2 players.#1) You can find every possible perk on nearly all guns in the game on light.gg. No longer do you have to hear from a friend, or grind for days, or just listen to YouTubers tell you what things have. Simply type in a gun name to find all of its perks among other things, or type in a perk and it will tell you all the guns that have it.#2) You dont have to have your highest gear equipped to get the next drops to be higher. Simply have the gear on your account and it will count for the next gear drops. This includes your character, other characters, the vault, the postmaster, and even the gear on the ground. As long as it can possibly be equipped, so no disabled gear or trans-class armor.#3) There are a lot of exotics in the game and as a new player, you might wonder what to go for first, that’s accessible and effective long term. I recommend that you get the Witherhoard and Eriana’s Vow first. For their incredible fun and end game use across the game. Both can be purchased at the exotic archive in the tower as a Shadowkeep DLC weapon and are not random from exotic engrams. Their catalyst quests also take a long time to complete, so it’s best started early, but are so worth it. This Could be the End of my Channel Dychronic 2023-01-06 | This Could be the End of my Channel. With the way things are going, this may be the end of my channel soon. Ima be clear about my financial situation. I can and have survived on less than half of minimum wage. Im making less than that and I am hemorrhaging money. For example, the partreon was there to support the spreadsheets and it makes about $100/mo. Each sheet each week takes 10-20 hours to put together. So $1-3 an hour. To be clear, im not asking for money in this video, but ultimately, you gotta make ends meet.And the kicker is that I started my channel on Dec 26, 2012. So I just recently passed the 10 year mark with almost 2700 videos. It feels like a lifetime of experience. And that mile marker feels more bitter than sweet as it kinda feels like it marks the end of my time here on youtube as well.If you didnt know, here’s my story of how I started… no experience, but a passion to do this more than anything else in the world. It started with a desire to do something in video games and has transformed into something where I can create anything and hopefully help others with their gaming, fitness, mental health, and feeling like part of a community. Im realizing that having a dream job isnt really what life is about. Making a positive difference in the world is what real dreams are made of.But I havent given up hope. But i do think that this is the last stand. I probably have about 6 more months in this last attempt to get the ball really rolling in a way that makes it work long term. A last attempt to create content that I really enjoy making and can really make a difference.So here’s my plan:- Cut the content that I really dont like making. Like reset and xur. 8 years is enough.- Keep my top 10s and weekly shorts, but onboard some help to reduce the workload.- Focus on the stuff that i really think are good ideas and that I would love to watch and participate in. Because even if it wont be successful right away, a good idea will always be a good idea. I just gotta believe in it. And furthermore, I will create a community of people who also like those same ideas or me.- Create more fun and fitness content like reddit reacts, shorts skits, video analysis and discussion, game show ideas, and silly challenges. Which are a lot of the stuff that I really like watching myself. And I watch youtube all the time.- Collaborate with more people. Not only is it the best way to grow, but truly, making connections with other people is one of the biggest points of happiness in life. If you or someone you watch or know are interested, send them to my Discord DMs.- Maybe create another channel based on fitness, where the goal is do things in the proper way, but in fun way or spirit. Not to focus on getting jacked abs and elitism, but on being strong and supporting others to be as well. And to truly help people love fitness the way I do. Here are 3 things that new Destiny 2 players would really benefit from knowing.#1) Use some kind of item manager like Destiny Item Manager .com, Ishtar Commandar, or the official Destiny Companion App. This allows for very fast and seamless moving of items across characters or the vault to better manage your inventory. It may seem simple, but I use it all the time.#2) Use 1 primary and 1 special ammo weapon in almost all of your loadouts. I find too often that new players will use double primary weapons for different ranges or infinite ammo and this removes a huge damage potential that special weapons offer.#3) Getting high stat armor is a long term grind and often comes from end game content like raids, trials, iron banner, and high level nightfalls. However, in every season pass from level 57-87 on the premium side, there’s always a full set of high stat gear. Although this set is often focused towards a specific stat, it’s a great way to get started. Otherwise, I recommend iron banner as you even get stuff for losing. Here are 3 things that are not obvious about Destiny 2.#1) Champion rounds are very useful in PvE, but did you know they kinda work in PvP too? In the crucible, Barrier rounds over penetrate once do more damage to titan barricades, and Overload rounds lower the enemy ability recharge rate. However, Unstop can’t stop a Juggernaught charging Titan.#2) The Always on Time sparrow has more sideways dashes than a regular sparrow without that mod that increases them. This makes it ideal for sparrow skating and racing.#3) Champions are stunned for less time and are immune after being stunned for longer on GM NF than on lower difficulties. Although 1 second might not seem like a big difference, the panic really sets in when that Unstop champion starts looking at you again with longer stun immunity. Here are 3 things that you don’t know about Destiny 2.#1) The Glacier Grenade’s stasis crystal damage doesnt always count as grenade damage. So something like Heart of Inmost Light will not increase its grenade damage through its exotic perk, but will still decrease the grenade’s cooldown.#2) The Fundamentals perk found on Hardlight and Borealis allows you to switch between the 3 main energy damage types by holding the reload button. But it was recently updated to also improve the gun’s stats in various ways, which gives it a point in crucible.- Arc: +25 handling and +5 range.- Solar: +35 reload speed and +20 airborne effectiveness.- Void: +20 stability and +10 aim assist.#3) A lot more enemies count as vehicles than you think. Which is good for things that deal more damage to them like Hakke Breach Armaments and Vorpal Weapon. Things like cyclops, oracles, shriekers, turrets, tanks, pikes, drop ships, taken blights, and walkers to name a few. And on top of these vehicles Hakke Breach Armaments also increases damage to Stasis crystals, ward of dawn bubbles, well of radiance swords, titan barricades, etc. And big shout out to Court, who made this comprehensive guide to vehicles. Here are 3 things that you will want to know about Destiny 2.#1) Damage buffs are usually separated into player empowerment or enemy debuffs, which can stack with eachother, but not with others in the same category. However, something like Font of Might, can stack with those mains one allowing for 25% more weapon damage if you set it up properly, which can make the difference.#2) Starting in Season of the Seraph, they removed all full auto perks and mods on semi-auto weapons and replaced them with other perks where applicable. However, there is now a setting in game to turn on Full-auto for non-full-auto weapons. Some people will find this very useful, but others might find that it interrupts their cadence.#3) Every shotgun type now has a specific shape to their pellet spread. This can really help people focus their aiming strategy on a consistent shot pattern, rather than hoping for pellets to cluster closer to the middle, which admittedly allowed for longer ranged one shot kills, but also worse consistency. The Xur is will be in the World's Grave from (12/9/2022 to 12/13/2022 The Xur appears every week in Destiny 2 at 9 AM PST selling the same exotics as the Xur did in Destiny 1. The Xur sells 1 Exotic gun like The Crimson and 3 Exotic Armor, 1 for each class in Destiny 2. Here are 3 new things that came out with Season of the Sepraph.#1) Resonate code scavenger hunts. After the first few missions you get an inventory item called the Resonance Amp that converts Resonance Stems into a hunt code. Something like Europa.Ridge.Ledge.Sanctuary. Take a look at the map on that location and sus it out with your detective skills. Each node giving a chance at red box IKELOS weapons.#2) The Spire of the Watcher dungeon that releases tomorrow with new guns, armor, content, pinnacles and maybe an exotic weapon. Not to mention yet another solo flawless dungeon that I will inevitably have to try and totally not die a thousand times on stream.#3) The Deep Stone Crypt weapons are now craftable with unlockable patterns and new perk combinations. 3 Things That Should Be in Destiny 2 #shorts Dychronic 2022-11-25 | 3 Things That Should Be in Destiny 2 #shorts. There are a few things that I really wish Destiny 2 had.#1) Sliders. The ability to select how much of something that you wanted to dismantle, buy, or apply with a simple slider. This is a feature that has been long forgotten in an attempt to simplify the game for console players, but plenty of games have had this feature since the 90s.#2) Deeper custom games playlists and options. Things like random or preset weapons, griffball, racing, infection, manual objective control, etc. I absolutely loved these from the Halo games, but they never got added to Destiny 2. I asked Luke Smith, Lead Game Design for Destiny 2, and he said that in Halo, it wasn’t played very much, which surprised me since that’s all I played.#3) Character re-customization. When I first started playing Destiny 1, I slapped on the first good-ish looking options and started playing. As I played the game over the last 8 years, I’ve wanted to change things and had no options to other than covering it with a helmet. Even if it was limited to the same species and gender, why not let us change our hairstlye or face paint? They could even release new customization options and sell it for money. 3 Things You Dont Know about Destiny 2 #shorts Dychronic 2022-11-17 | 3 Things You Don't Know about Destiny 2 #shorts. Here are 3 things that probably won’t help much, but are nice to know.#1) Most shotguns deal 1.1x crit, so with 12 pellets, missing just 2 pellets for 10 to hit the crit, isnt worth it. When it comes to pellet shotguns, just barrel-stuff the body. Hehe, ok, im not making the joke.#2) Arc staff does different damage depending on the combo of attacks. To make it last the longest, go for just light attacks, but for the best DPS, do light light heavy. This turns it into a “Force Palm” attack for much more damage.#3) The legendary lightweight pulse rifle, Ogma PR6, is one the the only guns in the game that can roll with Wellspring and Demolitionist together. Other than Something New, Fortisimo, and Typhon, which are unavailable or not primary. And this combination makes it a strong competitor for ability based builds. But, obviously other perks may be preferred over doubling down. 3 Underrated Exotics in Destiny 2 #shorts Dychronic 2022-11-10 | 3 Underrated Exotics in Destiny 2 #shorts. There are literally thousands of items in Destiny 2 and many are amazing, but you probably don’t know much about.#1) Merciless is an exotic fusion rifle that came out with the base game that fires faster as it gets hits on enemies without killing them. Allowing for it to get to the 2nd highest DPS special weapon in the game with better total ammo damage than most. And higher DPS than some heavy rocket launchers too. The main problem is that it’s only for boss DPS not better than the top heavies for boss DPS.#2) Prospector is an exotic grenade launcher that actually has some of the best DPS in the game, but the total ammo damage sucks big doo-doo. However, the best use for this gun is to launch flags into the sky. As you’re placing down a rally flag in a raid, start placing shots on the ground and let it explode as you place the flag. The flag will follow you body and place wherever it goes. My Teammates love it.#3) Tractor Cannon is an exotic shotgun that weakens targets, making them take more damage from all sources, similar to Divnity, but without the crit bubble, but also keeps the effect for longer. So you can Tractor a target and switch to some other damage option to allow your team to dish out better DPS. Things like Starfire Protocol, which doesnt need a heavy to DPS.
