The Abbasid themes for Age of Empires 4 soundtrack are loose constructs at best, although very beautiful and stylistic - probably the most emotional of all the faction themes we know so far. Lots and lots of mood, speed, volume and intensity changes give the Abbasid music a special touch. In the mash-up sections I helped out a bit ;)

This is a mix of all the battle music I could record from the open beta event for Age of Empires IV. There is a lot missing: Every faction has their own fight music for all the ages and variants for on screen and off screen battles. The dynamic music system for the Age of Empires 4 OST really shines during battles. Note that the intesity varies when the fight is happening on screen as compared to off screen - e.g. when the player manages their economy while the fight is happening at the front. The soundtrack also changes seamlessly during battle when an age transition is happening: Check out 12:07 ! Certainly a very impressive feature.

Battle music will be released as a separate video for this is just the peaceful stuff. Note that apparently the Age of Empires 4 music is based on a modern dynamic soundtrack sandbox system and does not come with single composed songs.

SO GOOD! This victory theme is quite a surprise. I bet none of the players have ever heard this because you have to leave the initial battle victory screen (Close Victory etc.) standing for at least 30 seconds until this music kicks in. Boy oh boy this is Tarzan combined with Total War. The more I single out tracks from Troy Total War the more I like the approach of the composer. This dark and modern style really works!

This is a little extended mix of the Vlandia Theme, Vlandia Campaign Theme and Vlandia Victory Theme - and a little extra at the end. I like this one very much!

Best of Dark Souls Remix (Cinematic) - Dark Souls OST

Soundtrack Refinery 2020-04-26 | This is the only Dark Souls Remix that will not give you a heart attack (if you survive the first 5 seconds that is). The Dark Souls soundtrack is notorious for its fear enducing and creepy tracks that accompany the boss fights. I challenged myself to create a more pleasant Dark Souls mix, believing it to be nigh impossible - I was wrong. The game has more than enough quiet, slow and beautiful music. The result turned out better than expected. This mix is still quite epic and dramatic but it lacks the brutal flashbacks. Yes, I even included Ornstein & Smough. Surprisingly their music is more epic and positive than most of the other boss fight tracks! I absolutely love the synergy between some of the songs but you'll have to find out for yourself ;)

This is an extended version of "Warband, Beautiful Land" from the Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord OST. I spliced bits and pieces of the old Mount and Blade Warband tracks "Beautiful Land" and "Town neutral" in there for maximum nostalgia. Such a great piece of music!

This is a collection of the various battle music tracks for Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord that do not exist as single music files. Each song is a puzzle assembled from small samples that, while being in a battle, are being combined live by the game system. I found the music assembly system in battle to be mediocre as there were loads of messed up cuts and transitions. However, the quality of the Mount & Blade 2 OST overall is quite good and the energy really comes across. This collection is more for the sake of giving a complete picture of the soundtrack as I didn't want to include all the sample tracks in my other Full Soundtrack video - some of the tracks just don't convince me that much and they do not exist as "finalised" productions inside the game folder. Most Epic Slap in Anime History (in D minor)

Soundtrack Refinery 2018-09-15 | SAYA!! This scene from an old anime (Tokko) had me in stitches. The setup is brilliant, the pacing fantastic, the drama unparalleled. Watch as brave hero Shindo spirals into madness and gets straightened out by his companions with a slapping for the ages. The slap is heard around the world. If I may say so, the scene is perfect, it just needed a little additional editing and a score by J.S. Bach.

Harold the Barrel being performed live is a rare find, and in such good quality as well. Surprisingly during their Nursery Cryme tours in Italy and Germany, Genesis sometimes ended their shows with this song. However the sound quality of those bootlegs does not compare with this BBC live recording! A great, fast and fun song that is often overlooked.

The BBC sessions by Genesis are some the highest quality recordings of their early live concerts and performances. I have collected, corrected and remastered all BBC session songs that were scattered across YouTube and put them into an order that resembles a Genesis live concert set list of that time frame. This series will have a total of 10 tracks with brilliant audio quality, all of which were recorded in different sessions between 1970 and 1972.
